Moulder: M400-54 is a versatile moulder is designed to produce up to 23.8 million pieces per year. It is automated and easy to operate with two people, one to operate the machine and another person to make the pulp and help stack the product.

This moulder has an automatic die, decal wash, transfer die cleaning and oiling system. These systems maximize the efficiency of the moulder and the quality of the finished product.

Dryer: D451-54 Five pass single burner conveyer dryer. This dryer is available in natural gas or oil.

The Moulder positions the formed product on the dryer tray; then the dryer tray automatically moves through the dryer. The tray is discharged automatically upon completion of the drying process.

Product die size: 4 x 13.5” (54”) long x 16 1/4” wide x 4” high

Product weight: 4 x 75 grams = 300 grams per drop

On site assembly: Three weeks assembly required on site. Electrical, water and compressed air are the responsibility and the expense of the customer.
