Moulder: M300-54 is a versatile moulder and is designed to produce up to 15.8 million trays per year. It is automated and easy to operate with two people, one to operate the machine and another person to make the pulp and help stack the product.

The M300-54 has an automatic die, decal wash, transfer die cleaning and oiling system. These systems maximize the efficiency of the moulder and the quality of the finished product.

Dryer: D341-54 Four pass single burner conveyer dryer. This dryer is available in natural gas or oil.

The Moulder positions the formed product on the dryer tray; then this dryer tray automatically moves through the dryer. The tray is discharged automatically upon completion of the drying process.

On site assembly: minimal assembly (plug n’ play). Electrical, water and compressed air are the responsibility and the expense of the customer. Placement of the equipment in the clients’ location and the exhaust on dryer to be vented outside are the responsibility and the expense of the customer.
