Moulder: M200-54 is a versatile moulder and is designed to produce up tot 13.8 millions pieces per year. The M200-54 is automated and easy to operate with two people, one to operate the machine and another person to make the pulp and help stack the product.

The M200-54 has an automatic die, decal wash, transfer die cleaning and oiling system. These systems maximize the efficiency of the moulder and the quality of the finished product.

Dryer: D241-54 Four pass single burner conveyer dryer. This dryer is available in natural gas or oil.

The Moulder positions the formed product on the dryer tray; next the operator places the tray on the transfer system that moves the product through the dryer. The tray is discharged automatically upon completion of the drying process.

Product die size: 4 x 13.5” (54”) long x 16 1/4” wide x 6” high

Product weight: 4 x 75 grams = 300 grams per drop

Max. Number of drops: 7 per min.

On site assembly: minimal assembly (plug n’ play). Electrical, water and compressed air are the responsibility and the expense of the customer. Placement of the equipment in the clients’ location and the exhaust on dryer to be vented outside are the responsibility and the expense of the customer.
