Moulder: M200-54 is a versatile moulder designed to produce up to 11.9 million trays per year. The M200-54 is automated and easy to operate with two people, one to operate the machine and another person to make the pulp and help stack the product.

This moulder has an automatic die, decal wash, transfer die cleaning and oiling system. These systems maximize the efficiency of the moulder and the quality of the finished product.

Dryer: Two D100-54 Two batch dryers and 4 carts with 40 trays each. The D100-54 dryers are available in electric, natural gas, or oil.

The Moulder positions the formed product onto the dryer tray, next the operator manually places the tray on the dryer cart, and then the operator places the cart loaded with product in the dryer to be dried.

On site assembly: minimal assembly (plug n’ play). Electrical, water and compressed air are the responsibility and the expense of the customer. Placement of the equipment in the clients’ location and the exhaust on dryer to be vented outside are the responsibility and the expense of the customer.
