All of the above moulding machines have heavy structural steel frames and are finished with a durable epoxy coating for long life. They are operated hydraulically and are controlled with a touch screen programmed operating system. This operating system gives the operator complete control over all automatic and manual functions of the moulder.
They have:
• Stainless steel moulding drum and transfer face
• Stainless steel moulding vat
• Automatic die and decal wash system
• Automatic transfer die oiling and cleaning system
• Manual and automatic operating settings
• Constant flow pulp recycling system
Each systems dryers are built to match the production rates of the moulders. The dryers are fabricated from structural steel and heavy galvanized steel sheeting. They are available with natural gas, propane or oil burners. KMI batch dryers are also available with electric heaters.
