KMI also assumes as a standard condition of sale that the Buyer will prepare the building for installation of the machine. The Buyer will also supply and install the compressor system required by the KMI-System 3-4CE.
• One Travaini 40HP 578 CFM vacuum pump for high vacuum, complete with a 17 GPM seal water system with heat exchange system (returning heat back to the process system), cooling tower and automatic shut off.
• Two 80 gallon stainless steel vacuum separator tanks and two 80 gpm white water recovery pump system with automatic level control, valves and gauges. One 100 gallon vacuum accumulator.
• One air receiver and one air puff tank with inline filter, regulator and lubricators.
• All necessary electrical controls and starters all wired to a control panel that can be run in automatic or manual.
• One stainless steel moulding vat with a constant flow system for product weight control, one 80 gpm pulp transfer pump and one 90 gallon stainless steel circulation tank.
• One structural steel welded frame with a heavy epoxy coating.
• One hydraulically driven stainless steel moulding drum with quick die clamps suited for quick die change, anti friction bearings and rotary actuator (Platen size 15" x 30").
• One hydraulically driven stainless steel transfer with stainless steel die mounting bars.
• One 1950 gallon stainless steel white water tank with a 150 gpm transfer pump. This water tank has a heat recovery system that automatically keeps the tank at 85 degrees Celsius. This temperature could be reset by the operator for optimum moulding performance. This system is complete with a 20 gpm cir. Pump and automatic temperature control.
• One 200 psi automatic die and decal wash system.
• Automatic transfer die cleaning and oiling systems.
• One 15 HP 1000 psi hydraulic unit, cylinders and drive motor for moulder.
• Two 20HP two speed pulper motors and two 775 gallon stainless steel pulpers c/w propeller.
• One automatic pulp cleaning vibrating screen.
• All process Air, water and pulp pipes are stainless steel.
• The moulding system will be supported so that it can be lifted by a forklift or crane.
KMI Electric Dryer D114-54CE:
This is a continuous conveyor tray dryer. The product is placed on the dryers’ conveyor tray automatically, and removed automatically.
• One Maxon natural gas, propane or oil burner 1.6 M Btu’s
• Circulation Fan: One plug fan @10,000 cfm.
• Exhaust fan: 3000 cfm general purpose fan.
• Makeup Air fan: 2000 cfm general purpose fan.
• The drying temp is set manually for the different products and is automatically controlled.
• The dryers have a high temperature cut off and E stops for safety reasons.
• One make up air heat exchange system to reduce the cost of drying.
• The dryers are complete with a user friendly PLC control panel.
• The fans will be complete with V-belt drives, guards and electrical motors.
• The exhaust stack will need to be installed and vented outside on site by customer.
• The exhaust systems include a water recovery and a white water heating system.
• The dryer enclosures are manufactured out of standard 18 gauge galvanized and satin coat insulated panels.
• The insulation will be 4 inch and 6 inch rock wool fiber board. The panels are assembled to provide a sealed enclosure.
• The total dryer enclosures are supported so that it can be lifted by a forklift.
• Technology improvements: At Kimberley Marketing Inc. we are always working on improvements to our products. Our primary focus is on energy savings and recovery from the dryers. These new improvements will be offered to our customers at cost for a period of three years.
• Programming improvements: Software improvements will be offered at no charge. Hardware improvements will be offered at cost for a period of two years.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: For the Equipment, the Buyer shall pay the Contract Price in full to the Seller on the following terms:
(a) By Wire Transfer: 30% of the total Contract Price in U.S. funds, payable within 15 days of signing of this Quotation by the Buyer.
(b) By Wire Transfer: 35% of the total Contract Price in U.S. funds, payable within 75 days of signing of this Quotation by the Buyer.
(c) By Wire Transfer: 30% of the total Contract Price in U.S. funds, payable prior to shipping after copies of the
i. Bill of Lading in 3 copies

On site assembly: One week, plus one week of training of pulp formulations and machine settings. Placement and reassembly of the system, electrical connections, air connections and water connections to be done by customer under the supervision of three KMI technicians. Exhaust on the dryer to be vented outside by customer. All fluids required to run the system are to be supplied by the customer (example: hydraulic oil, glycol, chemical additives for moulded products… etc.)
The moulder is operated with a hydraulic drive for the transfer and for the moulding drum and is controlled with the touch of a screen, with a programmed operating system. This operating system gives the operator complete control over all automatic and manual functions of the moulder.
