Moulder: M100-27 is a versatile moulder and is designed to produce up to 6 million trays per year. It is automated and easy to operate with two people, one to operate the machine and another person to make the pulp and help stack the product.

The M100-27 model has an automatic die and decal wash, the transfer die cleaning and oiling system are manual. These features maximize the efficiency of the moulder and the quality of the finished product.

The M100-27 is an excellent moulding system for small companies who require small production volumes. This machine is also suitable as a lab machine for testing new products and dies.

Dryer: D100-27
One batch dryer c/w 3 carts (80 trays per cart). The D100-27 dryer is available in electric, natural gas or oil.

The Moulder positions the formed product onto the dryer tray, next the operator manually places the tray on the dryer cart, and then the operator places the cart loaded with product in the dryer to be dried.
