Denise is a seasoned professional with 27 years experience. After graduating Denise started her career at Ampro Metal products. While working at Ampro Metal Products Denise was offered a senior position in Property Management. After gaining significant experience in Property Management she joined the CIBC where she honed her skills in Investment Banking.

Her acumen and her quick response to the ever-changing dynamics in business catapulted her first to an Operations Manager position and then in quick succession to General Manager. In 1993 Kimberley Marketing Inc. welcomed Denise Kennedy as our President. Since joining Kimberley Marketing Inc. Denise has proven herself as strong intuitive leader.

In 2006 Denise once again responded to the ever-changing dynamics of the pulp moulding industry and a "New" era of Kimberley Marketing Inc. building and direct marketing KMI branded products began.

Denise is also an active community member and has given her time freely to the Red Cross, the York Central Hospital, and the Girl Guides of Canada. Her passion for running has made her an avid competitor in many marathons.

David Kennedy followed in his father's footsteps and started learning the manufacturing industry at an early age. After graduating David Kennedy worked at Kimberley Marketing Inc. and gained significant experience. David Kennedy represents the second generation in the Kennedy family to join the company. He is looking forward to leading his team of professionals and providing "Service Excellence" to the company's valued clients.

Don has been a strategic leader and visionary for the Kennedy family businesses. In 1968 he founded Advance Metal Products which provided service for television and film industry, in 1973 Ampro Metal Products Ltd. Ampro Metal Products Ltd. manufactured custom stainless steel tables, conveyors, punch presses, industrial cleaning machines, packaging machines for the food industry. Don designed and built a line of industrial steel shot blasting machines, parts washers and tumblers for the automotive industry.

In 1978 he founded Ampro light specializing in Television, Film and commercial lighting and power distribution systems. Silenced generator systems up to 150KW. He also designed and built light fixtures up to 24.000 watts and custom power distribution and control systems for television and theater productions. In 1988 Kimberley Marketing was founded and continued in the lighting business with distributors across Canada, U.S.A. and around the world. In 1995 Kimberley Marketing Inc. was contracted to provide fabrication, design and testing services for Emery International Dev. Ltd. the premiere manufacturer in the pulp moulding industry. In 2006 Emery International Dev. Ltd. was closed and a new era of direct marketing began for Kimberley Marketing Inc.

Don’s personal commitment to the success of the company is represented in his ability to seek out unique business opportunities. He has developed a team that is responsive to the ever-changing dynamics of pulp manufacturing. Don’s down to earth philosophy and vision for the future will continue to give Kimberley Marketing the competitive edge.
